Pogba Set to Break Transfer Record

France International Paul Pogba is set to break the world record when he joins Manchester United officially this week. The price tag is expected to be over 100 million euros and overpasses Real Madrid striker Gareth Bale’s fee of 85,000,000 price tag when he moved from Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester United expect to officially announce this long transfer saga within the next 48 hours and is already having a United Medical. Pogba famously left Manchester United on a free transfer only 4 years ago and headed to Italy where he starred for Juventus winning several trophies. The reason Manchester United let him leave is still a mystery but it was ultimately down to Alex Ferguson, the then Manager of the team.

Having been the best player in Italy for 2 seasons as well as excellent performances in the France shirt has meant the price tag is beyond all previous football transfers.

Will he shine for Jose Mourinho’s team this season or will he under perform, critics believe that he doesn’t perform in the big games. Will he justify the biggest price tag in the world or will United regret the signing. Whilst his price tag is extreme, only a handful can doubt his ability.

Manchester United have purchased Zlatan Ibrahimović and Baily in this transfer window and are likely to be involved in more business when this closes in 3 weeks.
